There is no love lost between the PPP and Nawaz League despite their coalition government. How long their love -hate relationship survives is anybody’s guess. The PPP has wangled appointment of its nominees as Governors as well as on key positions in parliament and enjoying power in the corridors of power but at the same time whenever its leaders get an opportunity they don’t hesitate in pulling the legs of Nawaz League like Maulana Fazlur Rehman. They have been running with the hare and hunting with the hounds thus getting best of both worlds.
The recent political crisis in the country has also brought to the fore internal dissensions in the PTI despite frantic efforts of its leadership to paper over the cracks in its edifice.
