WNAM MONITORING: Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of Halk Maslahaty, spoke with UN Secretary-General António Guterres by phone on Tuesday. They discussed key directions for strategic collaboration, as reported by the official media of Turkmenistan.
