WNAM REPORT: The Government has revealed the key areas of the national project to modernize energy and utilities sectors.
According to Industry and Construction Vice Minister Olzhas Saparbekov said that the project primarily focuses on supporting domestic manufacturers.
As he said, the project obliges to ensure the share of domestic products at 20% by 2025, with annual increases by 10% to achieve 60% by 2029. In this regard, a number of measures, including conclusion of offtake agreements to localize new productions in the country as well as establishment of an electronic procurement platform to ensure transparent supplier/contractor interaction, are in place.
