ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT): Chairperson Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), Senator Rubina Khalid, held a live e-katcheri session through the official Facebook account of BISP. The session lasted for one hour and 10 minutes, during which 35 callers across the country reached out to share their problems directly with the Chairperson. Senator Rubina Khalid instructed her staff to resolve all issues and complaints on a priority basis.

During the session, Senator Rubina Khalid emphasized that registration in the Benazir Income Support Programme is completely free of cost. She clarified that there is no survey fee and urged participants to report anyone asking for money under the name of BISP, as such claims are fraudulent.
Survey Guidelines and Timeframe
The Chairperson explained that once a survey is conducted, households cannot be resurveyed before a period of two years. She advised against repeated requests for surveys or visiting BISP centers unnecessarily, as it only causes undue inconvenience.

Senator Rubina Khalid warned beneficiaries not to trust any messages or calls coming from numbers other than 8171, as they are fraudulent. She urged people to report such activities immediately.

The Chairperson appealed to deserving women to ensure they receive the full amount of their payments. She advised them to report any deductions by calling the BISP Helpline at 0800-26477 or visiting the nearest BISP office.
