Tashkent ( WNAM MONITORING): Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif, accompanied by Uzbekistan’s Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov, visited the “Yangi Uzbekistan” Park.
Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Tashkent on 25 February for an official visit at the invitation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
As part of his visit, he laid flowers at the foot of the Independence Monument, located in the “Yangi Uzbekistan” Park.
During the visit, the distinguished guest was briefed on the architectural features of the complex, its compositional design, and symbolic significance. The memorial ensemble left a deep impression on the members of the Pakistani delegation.
It is worth noting that visiting this grand architectural landmark, created at the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, has become a well-established tradition for high-ranking guests arriving in Uzbekistan.
