WNAM REPORT: The Head of the Chechen Republic of the Russian Federation Ramzan Kadyrov sent a congratulatory message to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the Oraza holiday.
“I sincerely wish that the Almighty accepts all our fasts, prayers and good deeds performed in the holy month of Ramadan, strengthens the fraternal ties between people and unites us in good deeds,” the message says.
In addition, Ramzan Kadyrov wished the countries, peoples and the entire ummah as a whole peace, prosperity and endless mercy of the Almighty.
