ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT): In a significant step towards enhancing Pakistan’s global and regional trade integration, the “Made in Gujranwala Exhibition 2025” was hailed by the Dean of Diplomatic Corps and Ambassador of Turkmenistan, Atadjan Movlamov, and other Central Asian ambassadors as a crucial platform for Pakistani businesses to connect with the world.
The three-day Business-to-Business (B2B) trade fair, organized by the Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), showcased the industrial prowess of Gujranwala, home to 18,000 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), the backbone of Pakistan’s economy.
Ambassadors from Central Asian countries, including Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, praised the GCCI’s efforts in organizing the exhibition, highlighting its potential to increase bilateral trade and provide SMEs with access to global markets.
The exhibition featured 90 industrial brands from Gujranwala, demonstrating the city’s potential to play a pivotal role in increasing Pakistan’s exports to Central Asian countries. The ambassadors appreciated the GCCI’s initiative, calling it a milestone in achieving the country’s economic goals and connecting Gujranwala with the global supply chain.
Through this exhibition, the business community was able to engage with industry leaders, explore high-quality products, and discover emerging market trends, paving the way for strengthened economic ties between Pakistan and Central Asia.
