RAWALPINDI ( WNAM REPORT )The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) organized the Revive Pakistan – Karachi Chapter seminar at the prestigious Governor House Sindh, bringing together influential voices from Pakistan’s business community and diplomatic corps to discuss actionable strategies for national economic revitalization.
The seminar was graced by Governor Sindh, Kamran Tessori, as the Chief Guest. In his address, he lauded RCCI’s timely initiative and highlighted the urgent need to reshape Pakistan’s economic framework, attract both local and foreign investment, and empower youth and women entrepreneurs. He commended RCCI’s unwavering efforts to support and strengthen the country’s economic and business ecosystem.
The seminar included in-depth discussions on pressing economic challenges and practical solutions, emerging investment and trade opportunities, recent tariff changes imposed by the United States, current dynamics of India-Pakistan economic relations. The Revive Pakistan initiative continues to serve as a strategic platform for national dialogue, uniting stakeholders from the public and private sectors to drive sustainable growth across Pakistan. RCCI reaffirmed its dedication to fostering collaboration and innovation for a stronger economic future.
The event was led by RCCI President Usman Shaukat, and featured participation from Group Leader. Sohail Altaf, Senior Vice President Mr. Khalid Farooq Qazi, Vice President Mr. Fahad Barlas, Former SVP Mr. Noshwerwan Khalil Khan, Chairman Mr. Muhammad Imran, Executive Committee Members, and notable business leaders. Adding to the seminar’s significance, the Consul Generals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the Sultanate of Oman based in Karachi also attended, reflecting strong regional interest in Pakistan’s economic outlook and trade potential.
