WNAM REPORT: National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov proposed to intensify cooperation with the Malaysian company Petronas in the field of training personnel for the country’s oil and gas industry. The relevant agreements were reached during an official meeting with the company’s management, TDH reports.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that more than 200 Turkmen students studied at the Petronas Technological University, and in this regard proposed to intensify work on organizing short- and long-term training courses.
The Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan highly appreciated the company’s contribution to the training of Turkmen personnel, improving the qualifications of young specialists and teachers of the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev through the organization of specialized courses.
