WNAM REPORT: Moscow will prepare a separate list of conditions for a ceasefire, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
“I won’t tell you anything for sure at this point. Undoubtedly, there will be a separate list of conditions for a ceasefire. An agreement on that was reached in Istanbul,” he said, when asked to specify whether there would be a separate document on a potential ceasefire plan or it would be included in a memorandum of a future peace agreement.
