ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ):  Türkiye has released its first original mini-series, Antalya Gambit, a high-stakes cinematic thriller that premiered globally on June 7, 2025. Set against the stunning Mediterranean backdrop of Antalya, the series aims to showcase the city’s rich culture, breathtaking landscapes, and luxurious lifestyle to a global audience. Produced by Dass Yapım and directed by Bertan Başaran, the 10-part mini-series marks a bold step in promoting Türkiye’s soft power through entertainment. Turkish dramas have long held a special place in the hearts of Pakistani audiences, making Antalya Gambit an exciting new chapter for viewers across the country.

Antalya Gambit tells the story of Lara (Meryem Uzerli), a renowned art curator, and Deniz (Kaan Urgancıoğlu), a mysterious architect, whose chance meeting evolves into a dramatic game of secrets, temptation, and deception.

Across 10 cinematic 2-minute episodes, Antalya Gambit invites viewers into a world of hidden motives and glamorous locales — from the luxury golf resorts of Belek to the charming streets of Kaleiçi, the ancient ruins of Perge and Phaselis, and the secluded Porto Ceneviz Bay. The series promises to ignite wanderlust and showcase Antalya’s rich blend of culture, history, and natural beauty.

Produced by Dass Yapım and directed by Bertan Başaran, Antalya Gambit also features Russian actor Lana Anosova and Turkish comedy icon Yavuz Seçkin alongside its lead cast.

Antalya, with its shimmering coasts, historical landmarks, and Mediterranean lifestyle, has long been a favorite destination for tourists from all over the world — including Pakistan. The series highlights the city’s ability to blend relaxation, adventure, and culture, offering something for every traveller.

Antalya Gambit is not just entertainment — it’s a powerful invitation to explore a remarkable corner of Türkiye.
