RIYADH: Saudi Minister of State Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd has attended the official wedding reception and dinner of Brunei’s Prince Abdul Mateen in the capital, Bandar Seri Begawan.
He attended on behalf of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Monday.
The prince, who is the son of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, tied the knot with Anisha Rosnah Isa-Kalebic last Thursday as part of a 10-day celebration.
Wedding events included a ceremony on Sunday attended by government leaders and officials.
Prince Turki conveyed to the sultan the greetings and congratulations of the king and crown prince, and their wishes of further progress and prosperity for Brunei.
