WNAM REPORT: The News Agency reported on the meeting between Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Finance of Qatar, and Jamshid Kuchkarov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C.
During the discussions, the parties reviewed the current state of bilateral relations and exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in the fields of economy, investment, and trade. Several other issues of mutual interest were also discussed.
