ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT): A trade delegation of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (RCCI), headed by President Usman Shaukat, held an interactive meeting with New Jersey Chamber of Commerce (CIANJ) President Anthony Russo and executive members to explore avenues for bilateral business collaboration.
The meeting was also attended by Shama Haider, the first-ever Pakistani State Representative of the New Jersey Legislature, and Adnan Awan, Trade Counselor at the Embassy of Pakistan. Senior Vice President Khalid Farooq Qazi and RCCI members representing diverse sectors were also present.
Discussions focused on fostering a conducive business environment to facilitate joint ventures and investment opportunities between Pakistan- and New Jersey-based businesses. Both sides emphasized strengthening institutional linkages, promoting sectoral partnerships, and encouraging private-sector engagement to advance mutually beneficial economic cooperation.
The engagement reflects RCCI’s continued commitment to expanding international trade ties and creating new pathways for investment and business growth.
