(WNAM Report): The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) president Saqib Rafiq had a meeting with H.E. Dr. Mohammad Faisal, High Commissioner for Pakistan to the United Kingdom who called on during his visit to the High Commission in London on the sidelines of 6th Pak-UK business opportunities Conference held at a local hotel in Leeds West Yorkshire, England. Matters related to the bilateral trade, facilitation under SIFC for Pakistani exporters and trade and investment opportunities came under discussion.
During the meeting RCCI President Saqib Rafiq briefed HC Dr. Faisal on RCCI current and upcoming events and also shared a brief summary of 6th Pak-UK business opportunities Conference aiming to promote trade relations, networking and B2B meetings. He also informed about business facilitation centers in Punjab and particularly in Rawalpindi and termed it a key initiative towards ease of doing business.
Saqib Rafiq, who also holds the post of Chairman RWMC, discussed waste management, waste-to-energy and recycling in the meeting with the High Commissioner. High Commissioner Mohammad Faisal assured full assistance and cooperation in this regard.
