Foreign Minister Araqchi Calls on Pakistan and Afghanistan to Negotiate

WNAM REPORT: Seyed Abbas Araqchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, called on Afghanistan and Pakistan to exercise restraint and dialogue in a message.

Dr. Seyed Abbas Araqchi wrote on his account on the X: “In the holy month of Ramadan, the month of restraint and strengthening solidarity in the Islamic world, it is appropriate for Afghanistan and Pakistan to manage and resolve existing differences within the framework of good neighborliness and through dialogue.”

Araqchi emphasized: “The Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to provide any assistance in facilitating dialogue and strengthening understanding and cooperation between the two countries.”
