WNAM MONITORING: The countdown timer to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great classic of Turkmen literature, the outstanding poet and thinker of the East, has been launched.
The “smart” timer counts down the hours, minutes and seconds, bringing us closer to the important event of this year, held under the motto “The Fount of Wisdom of Magtymguly Fragi”.
Specially developed to celebrate the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi, the internet resource provides users with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the multifaceted personality of the founder of the Turkmen literary language in a modern format. The thematic sections of the website, such as “Epoch”, “Life” and others, include information about the biography and creative legacy of the poet-classic.
Additionally, the portal features scientific and journalistic articles about Magtymguly, audio recordings of his poems. The media library includes a film by the “Turkmenfilm” Association named after Oguzhan, telling the story of the poet, and the opera “Magtymguly”.
Leading up to the main celebrations, national media actively cover cultural and educational events and creative activities in Turkmenistan and abroad dedicated to celebrating the 300th anniversary of the poet’s birth.
In honor of the significant date, print publications announce contests, launch regular columns and sections on web resources about anniversary celebration events.
