CIS Deputy Secretary General Ilkhom Nematov called the holding of the Uzbekistan Culture Days at the Moscow State Linguistic University, where the Center for Uzbek Language and Culture has been operating since 2022, one of the year’s important events.
“This cultural event is an important factor in developing bilateral and multilateral relations”, I. Nematov said. “The Center for Uzbek Language and Culture makes an incomparable contribution to the study of the history, language, culture, values, mentality, traditions and customs of the Uzbek people. This serves not only the development of linguistics, but also the rapprochement of our countries and peoples”.
Today, as part of the Uzbekistan Culture Days, it is planned to visit the Uzbekistan pavilion on the territory of VDNKh. The complex offers themed music evenings, Uzbek film screenings, and an Uzbek teahouse.
