WNAM MONITORING: More than 5,100 observers representing civil society and NGOs have registered to observe the upcoming snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, scheduled for September 1, 2024, which is a record compared to the previous parliamentary elections.
This number is seven times higher than in the 2015 parliamentary elections and four times higher than in the 2020 parliamentary elections.
