Even a cursory glance at the various civilizations of the world would reveal that most of them
collapsed under their own weight when their rulers fell victim to self aggrandizement and grandeur and when they started to spread their tentacles far and wide when they bit off more than they could possibly chew.
The most recent example was that of the Soviet union which could not find a ruler of Lenin’s caliber to hold its various States together for long. One of the follies which the Soviet rulers committed was that they didn’t cut their coat according to cloth and the Americans took advantage of this weakness of Moscow and through CIAs machination blew to smithereens the Soviet empire.
It is another matter that the Americans now themselves have been spreading their tentacles far and wide and are becoming part of many international disputes which are sapping their energies also. Their fate won’t be much different from that of the Soviet’s before long if they didn’t mend their way.
On the contrary the Chinese leadership has been playing its cards very intelligently. It has kept China aloof from international squabbles and instead used its energies in scientific field and for looking after bread and butter of its people, issues of the common man. It has earned the unique honour of uplifting crores of Chinese living below poverty line.
God has blessed them with towering personalities like Mao TSE Tung and Chou en Lai who laid solid foundation of their country after the Red revolution of 1949. The mind of leaders that followed them
was also steeped in the philosophy of the above mentioned two leaders.
