WNAM MONITORING: In recognition of significant personal contributions to the implementation of major national programs in Turkmenistan, the scientific development of domestic agriculture, the introduction of seed and grain crop breeding advancements, training of highly qualified specialists, and the cultivation of high-yield wheat varieties using modern methods, as well as fostering international cooperation, I hereby decree:
