WNAM REPORT: The selection round of the Digital Solution 2024 innovation projects competition has started in Ashgabat. The event is taking place in the building of the Turkmenaragatnashyk agency and is aimed at supporting talented young people developing software, scientific discoveries and inventions.
The competition is held in seven areas: artificial intelligence, robotics and automation, smart agricultural technologies, Smart City, education and e-learning, digital medicine and the service sector.
The jury, consisting of representatives of relevant ministries and departments, will evaluate the projects according to a number of criteria. Among them are the possibility and relevance of implementation (of digital solutions) in socio-economic conditions, economic efficiency, quality of the invention, design and ease of use, application of innovative methods in the development of communication and telecommunications systems.
The competition, which has become an annual tradition, provides young scientists and students with the opportunity to implement their scientific and technical ideas and innovative discoveries. The widespread use of new digital products developed by Turkmen IT specialists contributes to the increase of the country’s socio-economic and scientific-technological potential.
