WNAM MONITORING: The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay working visits to Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 11-13 to attend the international summits.
At the invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the President of Uzbekistan will attend the Arab-Islamic Extraordinary Summit on November 11, which is dedicated to the escalation of the situation in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon and the development of measures for the earliest possible settlement of the Middle East conflict.
On November 12-13, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the Leader of Uzbekistan will participate in the events of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
The President of Uzbekistan is envisaged to address the aforementioned summits and hold several meetings with heads of foreign states and international organizations.
