President Trump’ s decision to stop monetary aid of many countries might boomerang in his face as it might push the affected countries into China’s lap sooner than latter thus enabling Beijing to fill the vacuum created by the stoppage of American aid to them.
There is no gainsaying the fact that politically shrewd as they are, the Chinese would not hesitate providing required monetary assistance to them as they are flush with money.
If one delves deep into Trump’ s order in question and read between the lines one finds that while signing the order in question he has also discriminated a lot by exempting his blue eyed countries from its enforcement on them. He won’t stop supply of military hardware to his cronies like Ukraine, Taiwan, Israel and Egypt.
