WNAM MONITORING: Head of State Kasym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated Kazakhstani women on March 8 International Women’s Day.
“Dear women! From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate you on the International Women’s Day, on this bright spring holiday, which has become a symbol of beauty and tenderness! Since ancient times our people have been honoring mothers and extolling the role of women. The names of many of them are inscribed in our history in golden letters. Today, women in Kazakhstan realize their potential in career, business and public activities. Many successfully combine the achievement of personal goals with a noble mission of educating the younger generation,” the letter of congratulation reads.
According to the President, honest and conscientious work of all our female compatriots deserves the highest praise.
“I take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the women of Kazakhstan. The state will always pay special attention to the protection of women’s rights and creation of conditions for self-accomplishment of all citizens.
