Ponorogo, E Java ( WNAM MONITORING ): Deputy Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Fajar Riza Ul Haq, has emphasized that innovation is essential to drive transformation amid the challenges of an ever-changing world.
He made the statement during a briefing held for instructors of the Education Council of Cadres and Human Resources (MPKSDI) of the East Java Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership at the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo, East Java, on Friday.
While delivering the keynote speech, Deputy Minister Haq stressed the importance of innovation in leadership by drawing inspiration from Muhammadiyah figure KH Ahmad Dahlan.
“KH Ahmad Dahlan is the prime example of innovative leadership. His ideas for establishing Muhammadiyah’s philanthropic efforts, such as schools, orphanages, hospitals, and others, were his responses to the social-political conditions of his time,” he said.
