WNAM REPORT: Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar Monday emphasized the importance of further expanding Pakistan-Japan bilateral relations, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, IT and industrial cooperation.
He expressed these views during a meeting with Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Japan Abdul Hameed Bhutta who paid a farewell call on him, Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press release.
The DPM/FM congratulated the ambassador-designate on his new assignment and conveyed his best wishes for a successful tenure.
The DPM/FM also advised to extend all possible support to the Pakistani diaspora in Japan, with a focus on enhancing consular services and ensuring the welfare of the community.
