ICCI Business Delegation Departs for Bangladesh, will hold B2B meetings at Dhaka Chamber

ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): A business delegation of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), led by its President Nasir Mansoor Qureshi, has departed for Bangladesh to promote bilateral trade and economic cooperation. The delegation includes ICCI Vice President Nasir Mehmood Chaudhry and prominent business leaders and representatives from various sectors of Pakistan’s economy.
The primary objective of the visit is to enhance economic ties, explore emerging business opportunities, and foster mutually beneficial collaborations with key stakeholders in Bangladesh.
As part of the official itinerary, the delegation will visit the Pakistan High Commission in Dhaka on Tuesday, where the High Commissioner will provide an in-depth briefing on Bangladesh’s current business environment, trade potential, and avenues for collaboration between the two nations.
The ICCI delegation is also scheduled to hold Business-to-Business (B2B) meetings with the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry. These meetings are expected to explore prospects for joint ventures and partnerships across diverse sectors, facilitating mutual growth and long-term cooperation.
Speaking ahead of the visit, ICCI President Nasir Mansoor Qureshi termed the initiative a “significant milestone” in building stronger trade and economic linkages between Pakistan and Bangladesh. “We are confident that this engagement will offer valuable insights into the Bangladeshi market and serve as an excellent platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and forming strategic partnerships,” he said.
Vice President Nasir Mehmood Chaudhry extended heartfelt gratitude to the Bangladeshi High Commission in Islamabad for its steadfast support and cooperation in facilitating this important initiative. He said that the ICCI remains committed to promoting regional trade, economic diplomacy, and exploring new frontiers of business collaboration for the greater benefit of Pakistan’s business community.
