WNAM REPORT: President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to the participants of the XXVI Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, which begins today.
“I am confident that this forum, held on the eve of the national holiday – Independence Day of Turkmenistan, which inspires high goals on the bright path of progress, power and prosperity, will be of great importance in further strengthening our unity, cohesion and fraternal relations,” the President noted.
Particularly noteworthy is the activity of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, as well as its members, who have defined patriotism as their priority, their work on the wide popularization in the world of the initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, which have universal significance, the policy implemented by the country, and also originate from the thousand-year history of the principles of peacefulness, friendship, neutrality and humanism, on making a contribution to the multi-vector development of Turkmenistan and fraternal relations, the Address says.
Today, the country’s high international authority is recognized by the world community, and the initiatives put forward are actively supported. The resolution “Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan”, adopted on March 21, 2025, at the 61st plenary meeting of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly is a high assessment given to the doctrine of neutrality, which dates back to the depths of millennia.
