President orders erection of monument of prominent architect in Nakhchivan

Baku ( WNAM MONITORING ): President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order for the erection of a monument to prominent architect Ajami Nakhchivani.

According to the order, the monument will be erected in the city of Nakhchivan to honor the memory of the great artist and influential figure in Azerbaijan’s medieval architecture.

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan, has been instructed to ensure the implementation of measures related to the erection of the monument. The Cabinet of Ministers has also been tasked with addressing all matters arising from the order.
