Today’s world is threatened by issues galore but top on the list is climatic change which is not only going to hit the globe with food shortages, rising tides in major seas and oceans may engulf many big cities around the world like Kolkata, Houston, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, New York, Miami, London to mention a few. There is no denying the fact that greenhouse effect is a man made disaster and big industrial states are solely responsible for it.
