Islamabad ( WNAM REPORT ): Syed Sadat Hussain Shah, President of Tourism for Interfaith Peace and Development and President of Lakeshore Club, has termed the investor-friendly policies introduced in the federal budget, the reduction in advance taxes for the property sector, and the abolition of Section 7E as positive and encouraging developments for the national economy and the real estate sector.
He stated that Pakistan’s sustainable development should not be limited to construction and investment alone; rather, it must also be linked with youth development, the promotion of tourism, and interfaith harmony, which are essential requirements of the present time.
He further said that projects such as Lakeshore City and Seventeen Villas are not merely housing schemes but integrated future-oriented hubs that bring together tourism, business, culture, and community development on a single platform.
Syed Sadat Hussain Shah added that Al-Sadat Group will continue to play its role in collaboration with the government, private sector, social organizations, and international institutions to promote tourism and highlight Pakistan’s positive image at the global level.
