ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): President of the D-12 Markaz Traders Association and Deputy General Secretary of the Islamabad Estate Agents Association, Muhammad Nauman, has urged the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to make the development and beautification of D-12 Markaz a top priority.

He stated that D-12 Markaz is an important commercial hub of Islamabad, but inadequate sanitation, damaged footpaths, the lack of street lighting, poor drainage and sewerage systems, and the absence of other essential civic facilities are adversely affecting business activities. Despite repeated assurances from the Capital Development Authority, D-12 Markaz still lacks basic municipal infrastructure, causing significant inconvenience to traders, investors, and the general public.
Muhammad Nauman emphasized that the development of D-12 Markaz would not only benefit the local business community but would also contribute significantly to Islamabad’s overall economic activity and enhance the city’s beauty and commercial appeal.
