In the recent past twice did the Taliban roam in the corridors of power in Kabul but like the Bourbons they have learnt nothing and forgotten nothing. What a pity that wherever the Afghan Refugees had gone they became a nuisance for the powers that be there. Reliable media reports disclose that about one lac Afghan refugees who had taken refuge in Turkey were given marching orders by the Turkish government. As they had become a nuisance for it owing to their indulgence in illegal activities, they have fastly lost sympathy of many countries.
