(WNAM Monitoring): A modern tourist complex is being built in Bibishirin mahalla of the ancient and picturesque Baysun, where performers of folklore and ethnographic art and scientists, fans of the folklore genre from all over the planet will soon gather.
Currently, large-scale construction work is underway at all sites, service centers for tourists from abroad and the country are being created, and yurts are being installed, which are equipped in accordance with national traditions. The laying of sidewalks and the decoration of structures are being completed.
Representatives from many countries worldwide expressed a desire to participate in this festival and get acquainted with national folklore and ethnographic art, the Surkhan oasis, its archaeological monuments, and unique historical sights telling about the distant past. In all corners of Surkhandarya region, guests will be greeted with special cordiality.
Folklore groups from more than 15 countries have expressed their desire to participate in the festival, and proposals continue to arrive.
