LAHORE( WNAM REPORT ): Parliamentary delegation of Pakistan People Party arrived in the office of Federal Minister for Privatization & Investment Board and held a detailed briefing session with Abdul Aleem Khan on privatization, there. Naveed Qamar, Sherry Rehman and Saleem Mandiwala were included in the delegation.
Talking there, Federal Minister Abdul Aleem Khan said that Government cannot afford the burden of such projects which are constantly in deficit and wants to hand them over to the private sector as early as possible. He added that the process of privatization would be transparent as much as possible and through media everything would be on the dashboard for general public as well. Federal Minister Abdul Aleem hinted that like PPP other political parties would also be welcomed to have session about their questions and reservations. He called the meeting with Parliamentarians a welcoming step which would help them to make the picture clear with facts.
