Russian President to hold talks with Azerbaijani President

WNAM MONITORING: Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Aide to the President of the Russian Federation Yury Ushakov said.

The meeting between the heads of state will take place within the framework of the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to be held in Astana.
