WEB DESK: As of January 1, 2024, the number of active parks of culture and recreation in Uzbekistan amounted to 129 units.
According to the Statistics Agency, the number of parks of culture and recreation increased by three compared to last year.
The number of operating parks of culture and recreation by region:
In the Republic of Karakalpakstan – 9 units.
In Andijan region – 19 units.
In Bukhara region – 7 units.
In Jizzakh region – 2 units.
In Kashkadarya region – 7 units.
In Navoi region – 9 units.
In Namangan region – 5 units.
In Samarkand region – 4 units.
In Surkhandara region – 15 units.
In Syrdarya region – 2 units.
In Tashkent region – 3 units.
In Fergana region – 9 units.
In Khorezm region – 15 units.
In the city of Tashkent – 23 units.
