WNAM REPORT: Consul General of Turkmenistan in the IRI Ilyas Gaipov held a meeting with Deputy Governor of Horasan Razavi Province Hasan Nurizade. The main topic of discussion was the development of interregional cooperation, in particular, between the Mary velayat of Turkmenistan and Horasan Razavi Province of Iran. This is stated in a statement by the Turkmen diplomatic mission.
During the talks, the parties noted the intensive development of Turkmen-Iranian relations in various spheres, including trade and economic, scientific and technical, cultural and humanitarian. Particular attention was paid to the prospects for strengthening ties between the regions of the two countries.
The diplomats exchanged views on the current state of cooperation and discussed important issues for the further development of relations between the Mary province and Horasan Razavi province.
