WNAM MONITORING: Azerbaijan is set to invest a staggering 14.612 billion manats ($8.6 billion) in the reconstruction and restoration of its territories liberated from Armenian occupation, according to the forecast in the Medium-Term Budget Framework for 2025-2028 published by the Ministry of Finance.
The amount constitutes 28.9% of the country’s total capital expenditure.
