WNAM REPORT: In January-August 2024, the volume of bilateral trade between Turkey and Turkmenistan reached $1.532 billion, which is 16% more than in the same period last year. This was reported by Turkish Ambassador to Turkmenistan Ahmet Demirok in his article published in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
According to the diplomat, the total volume of trade between the two countries in 2023 was $2.6 billion. In the near future, the countries plan to achieve an ambitious goal of increasing trade turnover to $5 billion.
