WNAM REPORT: Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Japan, Gursel Ismayilzada, discussed COP29 with Japan’s Minister of the Environment, Keichiro Asao, as per reports, citing the ministry’s press service.
“On October 29, Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Japan, His Excellency Gursel Ismayilzada, paid a courtesy visit to Minister Asao. They exchanged views on COP29, which will be held on November 11,” the statement said.
It should be noted that two weeks ago, during the business visit of Elchin Amirbayov, the special representative of the President of Azerbaijan, to Japan, discussions took place regarding the state and development prospects of mutual relations between the two countries, the peace process between Baku and Yerevan, and the upcoming COP29 conference.
