WNAM Monitoring: President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a letter of congratulation to the Amir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
The Head of State congratulated Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the people of Qatar on the National Day.
In his letter, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev notes that Qatar, which ensured progressive development of its economy, has achieved a wide recognition both at the regional and global levels as an authoritative member of the international community. This is evidenced by its peacekeeping initiatives and global-scale events.
“I wish that, under your wise leadership, your country will continue to follow the path of prosperity and achievement of the highest goals,” the letter reads.
According to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Qatar has become one of Kazakhstan’s key and reliable partners in the Arab world, with constructive and meaningful relations strengthened significantly.The Kazakh President confirmed his readiness to further enhance bilateral cooperation in the spirit of traditional friendship and brotherhood for the benefit of the two nations.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished success to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in his activity and well-being to the people of Qatar.
