WNAM MONITORING: Fifty percent discounts have been announced for secondary specialized, professional, and higher education students on economy class airfares for all domestic flights. Discounts are valid for air transportation from December 23, 2024, to January 7, 2025.
According to Uzbekistan Airways, various taxes, fees, and payments are additionally imposed on passenger transportation tariffs, which are not subject to the 50 percent discounts.
Students purchasing air tickets will have to present a certificate received through my.gov.uz or at the place of study.
