The more Beijing and Moscow come nearer to each and other the more worrisome it becomes for
Washington. Time has proved America wrong that with the dismemberment of the Soviet empire Communism will die its natural death. On the contrary it has rejuvenated itself after the leadership of both Moscow and Beijing hit it off and started putting up a joint front on many international issues to the chagrin of the US.
The emergence of strong headed Putin in the Kremlin as a strong leader has given a new hope to patriotic elements in Russia that renaissance of Russia might not be far away.
Both Moscow and Beijing were sensible enough to realize that they can hold a candle to Washington only if they join heads instead of going their own way.
