WNAM MONITORING: President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov announced large-scale plans to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the country’s permanent neutrality in 2025, which has also been declared the “International Year of Peace and Trust”.
As reported by TDH, at the last extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers this year, the head of state emphasized the importance of this significant date and announced the creation of a State Organizing Committee to coordinate all events.
As part of the celebration, a number of international events are planned to be held both in Turkmenistan and abroad. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the leadership of the Organizing Committee will be entrusted to the Khalk Maslakhaty, and emphasized that every effort will be made to organize the celebrations at a high level.
