AIOU launches four-year BS program in International Relations

Islamabad, 3rd January: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has launched four-year (ODL) BS program in International Relations(IR), keeping in view the market needs and the growing demands of the students.
To enhance interpersonal skills and cater to the needs of contemporary market, the university has also introduced four-year BS programs in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science under face-to-face mode.
Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Professor Dr. Abdul Aziz Sahir stated that the Vice Chancellor of AIOU, Professor Dr. Nasir Mahmood, had directed the introduction of academic programs that align with market demands. Acting on these instructions, the university has launched these programs, which promise ample career opportunities both within the country and abroad for the graduates.
The applicants have been asked to apply online only before February 17, the stipulated date.
Admissions in these programs will be strictly on merit, as per the directives of the Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Nasir Mahmood.
