Washington is so much scared of emergence of present Sino -Soviet partnership that it would give its eyeteeth to have it broken. US was happy when CIA managed break up of Soviet Union but its happiness was short-lived as Beijing and Moscow came on one page on many international issues to its chagrin.
Today the communist bloc is a force to reckoned with as never before.

Library culture is on the wane in this country. It is about time the educationists of the country joined their heads and model educational courses in such a manner which should per force make the students consult a number of books while answering any question in the examination paper.
Only through this way would the present rote system can be got rid off.
