Lahore hosted the Industrial Products Exhibition “Made in Uzbekistan”.
Heads of relevant ministries and departments, industry associations, and more than 500 representatives of Uzbekistan and Pakistan businesspeople participated in the exhibition.
Over 30 large textile enterprises in Uzbekistan presented their products at the exhibition. The event included B2B and G2B meetings between the two countries’ entrepreneurs.

The Uzbekistan delegation led by the First Deputy Chairman of the Uzbekistan Textile and Garment Industry Association, Mirmukhsin Sultanov, visited Sapphire Textile, one of the largest companies in Pakistan.

The company, founded in 1969, has gained international recognition for producing high-quality fabrics. The delegation members got acquainted with the company’s activities and exchanged experiences with foreign specialists. Issues of exporting Uzbek knitted fabrics to Pakistan and expanding the volume of imports were discussed during the visit.

Then, the Uzbekistan delegation visited Kohinoor Mills, where they studied the production process and held talks on the prospects for cooperation.
