BAKU ( WNAM MONITORING): Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s visit to Azerbaijan will take place on February 24.
“The visit to Azerbaijan will begin on February 24, and the Prime Minister will stay here for three days. Agreements worth $2 billion will be signed in Baku for investments in Pakistan. These investment agreements will focus on oil and gas exploration, renewable energy utilization, and energy efficiency improvement, which will pave the way for further cooperation in these important areas,” the publication notes.
Prime Minister Sharif is also expected to hold meetings with Azerbaijan’s business leaders and invite Azerbaijani companies to invest in Pakistan and launch business ventures.
After Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan will travel to Uzbekistan for a two-day visit.
